Miraculous Healing
It may be hard to see in this image, but there is a zigzag break on the radial (left) bone just at the wrist. This is the result of Chris' fall while he was cleaning up the yard after hurricane Matthew. He was trimming the tree branches that were hanging low over the driveway and all of a sudden, he was heading face first toward the concrete. He braced for impact and broke his left wrist. We also believe he broke his right elbow because of the loss of movement and severe bruising.
“These kinds of breaks almost always result in a compound fracture. It was as if someone was holding it together so it wouldn’t be so bad.”
Chris had been waiting to get in to see an orthopedist for over a week, but during worship at church, the Lord reminded him of James 5:14-15 where the elders of the church are to anoint and pray for the sick so they can recover. Before he even went to speak to the leaders, his right elbow was healed and he instantly regained full movement and rotation with no pain. Then he went forward and the pastors began to pray. While they were praying, he removed his bandages and everyone could see the swelling and the bruising going down. He began to rotate his wrist and was able to move his fingers and make a fist and his pain began to go away. As the day progressed, his wrist felt better and better and the swelling and bruising kept reducing. He cancelled his orthopedist appointment and has recovered! He is staying in prayer as he builds up his strength again. Thank you to those who joined us in prayer.
