Promotion & New Additions

We are well underway with 2020. So much so, that January seemed to fly by quicker than we could keep up! Much of our efforts were spent on positioning ourselves for greater momentum in the year ahead. We have many family and Go To Nations' events this year--as well as some great mission opportunities coming up--but one of our most anticipated family events has already happened. On January 31st, we welcomed our first grandchild, Gracie Elizabeth, to the world. If you follow us on social media, then you are probably well aware of this fact with all of the pictures the family has been posting. Just in case you've missed it, here's a cute one:

On February 6th, Go To Nations held its third Call to Arms Induction Ceremony. This is a time for us as a ministry to recognize those who have stepped into new or greater roles since our last two inductions that were held in 2016 and 2017. As with many ministers, we wear many hats that can change depending upon the needs of the day. Together we still serve as the Directors of Discover Missions, but we also serve additional roles within Go To Nations. 

Sheila was inducted as the Finance Administrator for Glodev, the relief and development arm of Go To Nations. She was inducted as the webmaster for Go To Nations corporate websites: gotonations.org and whyigo.org.. Chris was inducted as the Director of Recruiting.
