Overview
3 Months That Change Everything
The Send Me Programme is a 3-month immersive experience built around five core pillars. Each pillar is not a module to be completed — it is a dimension of life to be inhabited. Students don't just learn about discipleship, adventure, outreach, agriculture, and hospitality. They live them, day after day, in the context of community and the wild beauty of Namibia.
The result is not a certificate. It is a transformed life — a young person who knows who they are in God, what they are called to, and how to serve the world around them.
Pillar 1 of 5
Discipleship & Biblical Teaching
The spiritual core of everything we do. Students engage in daily devotions, in-depth Bible study, corporate worship, and intercession — building a foundation that lasts a lifetime.
- Daily morning devotions and personal quiet time
- Systematic Bible teaching from experienced pastors
- Weekly corporate worship and prayer nights
- Mentorship with seasoned ministry leaders
- Theology of mission and the Great Commission
- Spiritual disciplines: fasting, journaling, intercession
Pillar 2 of 5
Adventure & Exploration
Namibia is one of the most dramatic landscapes on earth. Students push their limits through guided expeditions, team challenges, and encounters with the raw beauty of creation.
- Multi-day hiking and camping expeditions
- Sandboarding and quad biking in the Namib Desert
- Wildlife safari in Etosha National Park
- Coastal adventure in Swakopmund
- Rock climbing and abseiling in the Kunene Region
- Night sky astronomy in one of the world's darkest skies
Pillar 3 of 5
Outreach & Community Service
Faith without works is dead. Students are deployed into real ministry contexts — evangelism, children's work, rural outreach, and practical service — learning to love their neighbour.
- Weekly local church and community service
- Evangelism and street outreach in Outjo and surrounding towns
- Children's ministry and after-school programmes
- Rural village outreach trips
- Cross-cultural ministry and language learning
- Partnering with local NGOs and social projects
Pillar 4 of 5
Agriculture & Sustainability
Working the land connects students to creation, builds character, and equips them with practical skills for self-sufficient ministry. The Faith City farm is a living classroom.
- Hands-on crop cultivation and food production
- Animal husbandry and livestock care
- Water harvesting and drip irrigation systems
- Composting and organic farming principles
- Food security and sustainable living in Africa
- Practical skills for rural and mission contexts
Pillar 5 of 5
Serving & Practical Ministry
Hospitality is a spiritual gift and a ministry tool. Students learn to create spaces of welcome, serve guests, cook communal meals, and run events — skills that underpin every form of ministry.
- Communal cooking and meal preparation for the community
- Event planning and hosting for ministry gatherings
- Guest house management and hosting visiting teams
- Practical administration and logistics for ministry
- African cultural hospitality and ubuntu philosophy
- Creating welcoming spaces for the broken and the seeking
